  • What's the best diet for weight loss?
While that's not an unreasonable question, it often implies an approach that is less than optimal, which is to plan on adopting a radically restrictive mode of eating for a while, until the weight is lost, and then going back to eating as normal. Instead of embracing "fad diets," people who have lost weight—and kept it off—usually have made a permanent shift toward healthier eating habits. Simply replacing unhealthy foods with healthy ones—not for a few weeks, but forever—will help you achieve weight loss while also offering numerous other benefits. So a better set of questions might be, "What is a healthy diet? What does a healthy diet look like?" A healthy diet favors natural, unprocessed foods over pre-packaged meals and snacks. It is balanced, meaning that it provides your body with all the nutrients and minerals it needs to function best. It emphasizes plant-based foods—especially fruits and vegetables—over animal foods. It contains plenty of protein. It is low in sugar and salt. It incorporates "healthy fats" including fish, olive oil and other plant-derived oils.

  • What is Agile methodology? (A beginner’s guide)
Agile methodology is a project management framework that breaks projects down into several dynamic phases, commonly known as sprints.  The Agile framework is an iterative methodology. After every sprint, teams reflect and look back to see if there was anything that could be improved so they can adjust their strategy for the next sprint.

  • ADHD and School interventions
School interventions should include a team approach across multiple settings, consisting of bothpreventive and intervention strategies.    Interventions must be based upon assessment data that includes information about the student’s strengths and needs as well as the environmental conditions in which her characteristics of ADHD occur.    Progress monitoring and strategy adjustments are critical to the success of any intervention plan (Wolraich & DuPaul, 2010).   The first step in creating classroom supports for students with ADHD is understanding thestudents’ strengths and needs. This involves formal and informal assessment, as well ascollaboration among educational professionals and the students’ families.    If a student is not responsive to behavioral strategies and interventions, more intensive interventions, such as functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention plans, should be considered (see Practical FBA).    No one intervention is universally effective for all students with ADHD. A combination of research-based and promising practices is recommended.

  • Eco Friendly
Eco-friendly literally means earth-friendly or not harmful to the environment (see References 1). This term most commonly refers to products that contribute to green living or practices that help conserve resources like water and energy. Eco-friendly products also prevent contributions to air, water and land pollution. You can engage in eco-friendly habits or practices by being more conscious of how you use resources.   Making a truly eco-friendly product keeps both environmental and human safety in mind. At a minimum, the product is non-toxic. Other eco-friendly attributes include the use of sustainably grown or raised ingredients, produced in ways that do not deplete the ecosystem. Organic ingredients or materials are grown without toxic pesticides or herbicides. Products with "made from recycled materials" contain glass, wood, metal or plastic reclaimed from waste products and made into something new. Biodegradable products break down through natural decomposition, which is less taxing on landfills and the ecosystem as a whole. (See References 3)

Description is the pattern of narrative development that aims to make vivid a place, object, character, or group. Description is one of four rhetorical modes, along with exposition, argumentation, and narration. In practice it would be difficult to write literature that drew on just one of the four basic modes.

  • Soundtrack of Your Life
Create a playlist of songs that really represent your life. These can be songs that have resonated with you throughout the different phases of your life, songs that either remind you of or specifically speak to things you've been through, songs that you have loved throughout your life, and so on. You can then decide whether you want the songs to be mixed around or in chronological order. This kind of playlist can also be a great way to give your listeners a glimpse into your life

  • Agri-food processes
The agri-food industry comprises an integrated complex production chain which ranges from the primary agriculture to the mature food and beverage sector. It is considered as one of the largest sectors  worldwide with significant contribution to the economic advancement of nations and major social impact. While food corporations and individual farmers adapt their production to consumer expectations, international and governmental institutions promote the respect of the environment, protect medium- and/or small-sized farms and help agri-food producers. The industry’s future sustainability and effectiveness is considered to depend upon the mutual implementation of the following actions: Making the healthy choice easy for consumers, Developing value-added food products (e.g. superior quality, quick to prepare, cheap), Assuring safe food that consumer can trust, Achieving sustainable food production, Achieving effective management of the food chain, and Comply with environmental rules and directives.

  • Selective breeding in aquaculture
Selective breeding in aquaculture holds high potential for the genetic improvement of fish and shellfish. Unlike terrestrial livestock, the potential benefits of selective breeding in aquaculture were not realized until recently. This is because high mortality led to the selection of only a few broodstock, causing inbreeding depression, which then forced the use of wild broodstock. This was evident in selective breeding programs for growth rate, which resulted in slow growth and high mortality.[17] Control of the reproduction cycle was one of the main reasons as it is a requisite for selective breeding programs. Artificial reproduction was not achieved because of the difficulties in hatching or feeding some farmed species such as eel and yellowtail farming.[18] A suspected reason associated with the late realisation of success in selective breeding programs in aquaculture was the education of the concerned people – researchers, advisory personnel and fish farmers. The education of fish biologists paid less attention to quantitative genetics and breeding plans.[19]
